Delivery
Orders are carefully prepared and delivered within 5–7 business days from confirmation.
To ensure product integrity, orders are not to be opened upon delivery.
Any concern must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
Requests submitted beyond this timeframe may not be eligible for review.
Refused deliveries will incur shipping and handling fees.
Exchange
At ATHAR, we uphold strict quality standards. Exchanges are only accepted in the rare case of a verified defect, including:
- Damaged or leaking bottle
- Malfunctioning sprayer
Requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
Items must remain unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
All exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval.
Returns
Due to the personal nature of fragrances, returns based on scent preference are not accepted.
Exceptional cases may be reviewed at our discretion.
If approved, refunds are processed within 10–14 business days after inspection.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

الشروط والأحكام
التوصيل
يتم تجهيز الطلبات بعناية وتوصيلها خلال 5 إلى 7 أيام عمل من تأكيد الطلب.
حفاظًا على جودة المنتج، يُرجى عدم فتح الطلب عند الاستلام.
في حال وجود أي ملاحظة، يجب التواصل خلال 24 ساعة فقط من وقت الاستلام، ولن يُنظر في أي طلب بعد ذلك.
في حالة رفض استلام الطلب، يتم احتساب مصاريف الشحن والتجهيز.
الاستبدال
نحرص في أثر على أعلى معايير الجودة، لذلك يُقبل الاستبدال فقط في حالات العيوب المؤكدة مثل:
- وجود كسر أو تسريب في العبوة
- وجود عطل في البخاخ
يجب تقديم الطلب خلال 24 ساعة من الاستلام، مع ضرورة أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم وبحالته الأصلية الكاملة.
جميع الطلبات تخضع لـ الفحص والموافقة قبل التنفيذ.
الاسترجاع
نظرًا للطبيعة الشخصية للعطور، لا يُقبل الاسترجاع في حال عدم الإعجاب بالرائحة.
قد يتم النظر في الحالات الاستثنائية وفقًا لتقدير الإدارة.
وفي حال الموافقة، يتم رد المبلغ خلال 10 إلى 14 يوم عمل بعد فحص المنتج.
مصاريف الشحن غير قابلة للاسترداد.
سياسة العلامة التجارية
تحتفظ أثر بحق رفض أو مراجعة أي طلب لا يتوافق مع سياساتنا.
كما يحق لنا تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت بما يضمن الحفاظ على مستوى الخدمة.
إتمام الطلب يعني موافقة العميل على جميع الشروط المذكورة.
